Technical Support

Lobos Studios offers tech support services to individuals and small- and medium-sized businesses in Southern California, and Clark County, Nevada. If your home or business is located within 150 miles of Apple Valley, California, and you need a reliable, knowledgeable computer expert to call with questions or problems, you’re in luck! I service the following locations:

  • The High Desert.
Victorville, Apple Valley, Lucerne Valley, Hesperia, Adelanto, Phelan, Barstow, Yermo; Palmdale, Lancaster, Santa Clarita and surrounding areas.
  • Mountain Communities.
Big Bear, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Wrightwood, Running Springs and surrounding areas.
  • Los Angeles and suburbs.
  • Orange County.
  • Inland Empire.
Riverside, San Bernardino, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Temecula, Moreno Valley, Beaumont and surrounding areas.
  • Coachella Valley.
Palm Springs, Indio and surrounding areas.
  • San Diego County.
My service area includes Downtown San Diego, Sorrento Valley, UCSD, UTC, La Jolla, Kearny Mesa, Mirarmar and Mira Mesa; the coastal communities north of Downtown along I-5, all the way to the Orange County line; and the inland communities north of Downtown along Highway 163 and I-15, all the way to the Riverside County line.
  • Clark County, Nevada.
My service area includes the Las Vegas metro area, Primm, Jean and Sloan.

Four important notes:

  • If you hire me for on-site support and you’re located more than 45 miles from Apple Valley, you may be billed for travel time.
  • If you’re in the mountains, the availability of on-site service depends on weather conditions.
  • In most cases, your problems or questions can be resolved over the phone. Phone support is available, and there will be no weather restrictions or charges for travel.
  • Minimum billing for an onsite visit is one hour, plus travel time (if applicable). Minimum billing for a telephone support incident is 15 minutes.

If you need ongoing tech support, I encourage you to set up a monthly support contract. The monthly contract offers the benefit of a manageable, predictable bill, and will generally save you some money, too.
