Remote Support

Sometimes, in the course of performing our daily support tasks, Lobos Studios employees need to get remote access to a client’s computer.

In many cases, we have a setup that allows us to get in and do what we need to do without having the customer change anything on their computer. However, sometimes it is not possible for us to connect to a customer PC (for policy or technical reasons).

We now have a program that can be downloaded and run on almost any Windows PC that will allow us to connect to you. This program runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

You do not need to make any changes to your firewall or other security devices for this program to work, and you don’t need to install anything; just follow these directions:

  • Download our remote control program, and save it on your Desktop.
  • Double-click the program’s icon (a blue square with an eye inside it).
  • If you see a message similar to this one, click Run.
  • Then, when the main HelpMeNow window appears, click OK.

You’ll be connected, usually within 5-10 seconds, and then we can help you!
